Shipping Policy

At the moment we deliver all over Egypt except Upper Egypt.

Orders placed over 350 EGP are delivered free of shipping charges, while shipping charges of orders placed below 350 EGP are fully paid by customers.

Standard shipping time:

5-7 working days.

Knowing that shipping time starts once your order is processed and shipped from our warehouse.

In case of wrong address or data, the order will automatically return back to our storage.

Review your order once you receive it, if the products that you’ve received are damaged or faulty or do not match the order you have placed, please ensure you return them to us on the spot. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after you receive it or if the pack is opened/used.
